We had a fantastic time at the firebird centre. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by our party host and made to feel welcome. The birthday boy was made to feel special. Everything was explained with a clear plan. We had plenty of room. The soft play is great for younger children. Slightly tight for seating for parents but it works. The party room was great and the food was ok, basic cold party food. Slightly disappointed with the pudding selection but the children did not care. Staff were amazing, on hand but not in the way. They magically tidied away after us. Perfect venue for a 5 year old party. Great value for money.

Brilliant place for soft play! Took our 13 month old today and she loved it! Its clean and perfect for all ages. Also has a small kitchen to make yourself and drink while little ones play. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend!
