Very nice airport hotel. Good quality bedding. And spacious rooms. Very quiet rooms, once inside you wouldn't know you were near a major airport. Food and service in the bar excellent. Great customer service. Friend forgot her toothbrush and one was provided with toothpaste free of charge.

The room was great for a last night stay at the airport. They were very soundproof for all outside noise, including air traffic.||The beds were very comfortable (King) and the room was clean. We enjoyed using our Hyatt points and had great value for this stay!

I took an afternoon flight to the hotel where I stayed on my first night in the UK. The room was big, but there were not many places to go shopping nearby. I could see the planes very close, which was very cool!

The room is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is diverse and delicious, and the service staff is also very nice!

Comfortable bed, got a good night sleep. Room was clean, no problems with the cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly and responsive. Good stay. Good location, close to LHR and had a bus stop out front of the hotel, which we used as a ride to the airport.

This is mostly a standard-issue airport hotel, but I liked it much better than some of its well known competitors. The beds were comfortable, the food was decent, and the service was excellent. Our son has some difficult disabilities to handle sometimes and they were brilliant, even though we did have an incident.

Spent here 12 nights for work purposes. I’d like to highlight the great cleaning team of this hotel, the room was very clean every single day of my stay. Breakfast has many options, the cheese is great. The risotto’s from the restaurant is very good and also the pizza. Reception personnel is very nice and helpful. This is my second time at this hotel first time was 5 years ago, I’d definitely come back. It’s 1 hour 15 min away from central London, very easy to go to central London using the public transport. Although it’s close to the airport the rooms are very quiet, didn’t hear any noise. It’s a good location to escape the busyness of central London.

Hi, I'm hoping that hotel management sees this. I lost my smart ring at your hotel and when I called, housekeeping found it. On the way to the airport we stopped by to pick it up but it wasn't a quick process and we hadn't allowed enough time to wait. Is there someone I can email at the hotel to confirm details and have the ring mailed to me?
