My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hilton London Kensington for four nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is excellent—while it’s slightly outside the hustle and bustle of central London, it’s still super convenient. Notting Hill, the Westfield shopping mall, and the tube are all just a short walk away, so getting around was easy.

We booked our stay with breakfast included, and that turned out to be a great decision. The breakfast buffet was awesome—there was a solid traditional British selection, plus lots of other options for different tastes. Definitely a great way to start the day.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. We both slept really well. My only (minor!) gripe was that the walk from our room to the elevator felt like a marathon—it was seriously far. Not a big deal, but something to note if that matters to you.

All in all, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We’d happily come back!

This hotel has friendly helpful staff but is in need of refurbishment as rooms are a little tired. The rooms are also quite small, but adequate for solo travellers. They removed their Executive Lounge some time ago but now offer diamond HH members a complimentary drink. Breakfast is very good and generally uncrowded - buffet breakfast really need attention to ensure they remain well stocked and food that has been around for a while replaced. They do that well at Kensington

Stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed my stay. All the staff were so friendly nice helpful and kind. You literally have everything you want here and there is also a bar too which always seemed busy which is good. The room we had was great the bed was so comfy and soft had a great night's sleep which I don't if I stay away from home. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing had everything you needed and more! The best one I've been too. Thank you so much for my amazing stay here I would highly highly recommend it to anyone.

We were in London for a conference and had a fantastic stay at Hilton London Kensington. After traveling over 16 hours, we arrived at the front desk exhausted. Raquel assisted us during check-in, and her warm, empathetic approach made a huge difference. She went above and beyond to arrange early check-in for 2 out of our 3 rooms so we could freshen up and store our luggage. Her kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated.||Upon check-out, I momentarily left my luggage unattended while speaking with my colleagues. A security staff member promptly advised me and kept an eye on it—another small but thoughtful gesture that made me feel safe and cared for.||This has been one of our best hotel experiences in London. The location is convenient, the room ambiance is cozy, and the hotel facilities are excellent. It's truly great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here. You’ll feel right at home.

Good location, short walk to a Tube station, and a bit longer to local parks. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet. Rooms and other areas seem old and could use a refresh. Street is noisy suggest a room on back or side street.

Hi, we had a nice stay and the positives were that it is close to Holland Park and Westfield and multiple stations for easy transport links. The facilities like the gym and bar were good as well as the multiple conference rooms would be beneficial for events.

However we were unhappy with the quality of the bedroom as it is dated compared to the other Hiltons I have stayed at. It needs a bit of modernising for a four star hotel and should be a bit more spacious.

Staff were very helpful and polite!

From the second I checked-in until the day I left, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The lady that runs the gif shop, S. Mehta provided great service and greeted me with a warm smile before and after every excursion of the day. The waitress in the bar, Krupa provided me perfect selections of food and beverage for a relaxing evening. Their fish & chips are great! The proximity to Shepherds Bush made it easy to get around. Enjoy your stay at the Hilton London Kensington.

The location of the hotel was so convenient. It’s was near the park and many other places. I really enjoyed my stay. The service and the reception were so friendly. The room was small , somehow old furniture but clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was amazing.
