I'll start with directions because it isn't that obvious on the hotel website or Google maps. If you arrive on the Elizabeth line then follow signs to the Westfield shopping centre (left) in the tunnel when you exit the tube. As soon as you enter the shopping centre take the first escalator up one floor. Then head towards TK Maxx on your left, the hotel entrance is on the left, just as you reach the outside. Lifts take you up to reception. You can leave bags with the concierge on the ground floor.

We had a great couple of nights, a view of the Olympic Park West Ham stadium. All of the staff are to be commended. They were friendly, polite, welcoming, fun and all made an effort to engage with guests. Lovely comfortable room, very comfy beds, nice bar and bar food.

I would stay here again and recommend it. It was good value, modern and fresh and very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel while attending the Abba Voyage, perfect location, train station around the corner from hotel and one stop away from Abba Arena. Or an Uber only cost £6. Perfect location. Gorgeous hotel, really clean and lovely room. Staff were great. The breakfast was amazing! Such good variety and everything was delicious, very chilled vibe, nobody rushing you, we sat with a coffee for a while after finishing breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful decor, staff very smartly dressed and extremely helpful. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room nice and clean with ample space and amenities. Location is great, very close to multiple options for food outlets and right next to two cinemas, the shopping centre, Stratford internal railway and the tube station.

A very good hotel where you can feel safe and well looked after. I like the location for its transport facilities (underground, overground, DLR and buses) into Central London, around the whole area and further. There's a great choice of restaurants right outside the door (as well as the one inside the hotel, especially great for breakfast), along with a large shopping centre.

Solid hotel - not in the sexiest location, but very practical: Given that it's in the middle of a mall, all kind of stores (including groceries, a library, and lots of clothing) are nearby. Lots of restaurants too. The proximity to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the Stratford train station (Elizabeth line) is also a plus. There is no road adjacent to the hotel so it is very quiet at night.

The location of the hotel is convenient.
We were checked in at 12:30 and given access to our room. Unfortunately, apart from the safe not working, the room was extremely warm and right outside the window was the mall’s roof with noisy a/c. We couldn’t reach the front desk on the phone. The tall guy at the front desk (who gave the appearance of being a manager), however, quickly moved us to a new room in a most courteous way.
Our stay was pleasant apart from two minor issues:
- The hotel is advertised to support casting to TVs, which they do not in fact!
- The door to the room had been thoroughly damaged by previous guests misusing the door limiter, making it useless.
The house keeping deserves a positive mention for being unintrusive and consistent.

Good room conditions-with adequate amount of towels and stuff.||Gym Room is also good for maintaining its conditions and provides water and small towels that are caring. Though the amount of facilities are not sufficient enough. ||Staff are generally nice and courteous, and helpful in most occasions.
