You could not pick a better location to stay if you are visiting London. Virtually EVERY historic site is with walking distance of the hotel. Our greeting was joyful and the bellman could not have been better. We went in to check in and Sam took care of us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and oh so accommodating. She and her partner Justin had big smiles and welcoming personalities. Our room has a view of the Thames, Big Ben, The London Eye and honestly more sites than I can list here. There are bus tours and boat tours within very easy walking distance. If you're planning a trip here plan at least one night here. The history and location are phenomenal.

Trip advisor review||There are so many things I love about this place I don’t know where to start. I suppose I’ll start with the simplest things and end with my absolute favorite. ||The rooms are gorgeous. We had a simple room, yet gorgeous style. I loved the bathroom so much I added the style to my remodel plans. ||The Library was an iconic place to eat. Tea time with Big Ben, and the best rose tea I have ever had, was such a treat. The venue is so cool with the books and natural light. ||The location is unbeatable. We can walk anywhere and everywhere. I would feel comfortable bringing my parents here in their old age and still walking. ||Now to my favorite part. The staff was 100% delightful across the board. But there was one member who made our trip unforgettable - Reece at reception. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Reece is a testament to the property and truly first class. We left our second hotel to come back specifically from the impression he left among with what the property offers.

Amazing exceeds all expectations from arrival to departure. Warm friendly greeting by staff we recognized from previous visits. Check-in was outstanding Om was professional friendly and very knowledgeable. Om even escorted us to the lifts! ||Our room was ready even though we arrived early. Marriott even gave us a specific room we had on our very first visit now that's amazing service! Our River Thames Balcony suite was spotless. The staff even had ballon's champagne and a card celebrating our 25th Anniversary waiting for us. ||The River Thames balcony views are stunning. The London Eye Big Ben Parliament Westminster Bridge and the River Thames. ||M Club was open 24/7 always had water, soda, coffee and tea. Staff is very friendly. ||We had breakfast at the Library and Gilrays. The smoothies were delicious ! Many dining options within easy walking distance. ||House keeping maintained our room just as if we just arrived. Pool and gym both excellent. ||Location Location Location Amazing stay!

I am so sad (and disappointed/upset) to write this review that I've waited almost a year to do it. We traveled from Virgina to London for our daughter's graduation from high school and booked 4 nights using points as my husband is a Titanium Elite. Our stay started out ok--- there was a promotion filming so staff seemed pre-occupied and the common areas where being used- no big deal. Breakfast was pretty slow and service was NOT what you'd expect from a hotel in this category. Still, it was ok. What happened after our second night was inexcusable: Before we left for a day of touring, we checked with Om at the front desk about the upgrade we were supposed to have- a room change for our last two nights. His customer service was spot on and he assured us everything was all set and our luggage would be transferred. When we returned in the afternoon and went to the desk to get our new room keys, we were told that we had NO reservation for that evening because there was some kind of "glitch" and we booked with more points that we actually had- not possible and not true. We talked with the front desk and an associate kept going back and forth from the desk to an office in the back room, while my hisband called Marriott Bonvoy and spoke with their customer service. Marriott Bonvoy was adament that if a mistake had been made- affirming that it was not on OUR part- the County Hall should honor our revervation because it was THEIR mistake! What a disgrace. We were offered a room for thousands of dollar more for the next two nights, our children were confused, sad, and stressed (although very good sports!) and despite lengthy conversations with staff (Not the person behind the door though) we left and went to the Hilton Bankside, where we've stayed before and will always return to for reasons you can read in my next review.

Great place. Staff was awesome. The front desk and concierge team lead by Monika was very helpful. They helped with great ideas on what to do and where. The rooms were very clean and well kept along with the entire property. My family thoroughly enjoyed their time at the property.

The staff is fabulous and very helpful. FURQAN at front desk rocks! The rooms are large bathrooms are modern and well kept. The hotel is like a museum. |The Library restaurant has great M Club Breakfast. Lots of food... the view from the room is spectacular. Coming back next week it's so good. BC

We had an unforgettable stay at this luxury hotel, perfectly situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, just minutes from Westminster Bridge and the London Eye. Our second-floor room offered a priceless view of the Thames, Westminster Bridge, and Big Ben, making each morning feel like a postcard come to life. For a stay that’s both luxurious and unforgettable, with some of the best views in the city, this hotel is hard to beat.

This luxury hotel is located right on the Thames by the Eye, a fabulous location. From my room I had an excellent view of Big Ben and to the right, the Eye. I can't image a better view in London! The staff was very helpful. The onsite restaurant made for an easy, nice breakfast every morning. It was a short walk from the ending point of the London Marathon. I appreciated the doorman's, "Well done, Madam" when I returning wearing my finisher's medal. A beautiful hotel! I'm only sorry I did not have time for tea in the lovely library.
