What a beautiful boutique salon in a gorgeous setting! I’ve had the Ilminster Bliss Spa Day package which included a full body massage, facial, use of the relaxation room, light lunch. The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing and relaxing. Everyone was super nice. Kaye looked after me and she was wonderful and I felt a special connection from the beginning. I had a sports massage and it was just right, Kaye worked her magic! The facial was great as well.
My body and soul feel fantastic ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you ladies especially Chloe! After not having a haircut/pamper for a good few years and being very nervous and stressed you made me feel at ease and my hair looks gorgeous. Sorry for the happy tears, I was a little shocked that my hair looks and smells amazing and that it doesn't look like my usual up in a pony or damaged anymore. I looked like me again! Thank you so much for your patience and your time Chloe. I can't wait for the pamper tomorrow.

Had my eyelashes (full set) done yesterday wanting a natural look which is fuller around the edge of my eyes. Sasha was amazing and did a great job. My eyes were uncomfortable when I got home so I called back and they fit me in less than 24hrs later to do a touch up and make sure I was 100% happy. Great customer service and lovely work with great isolation and lovey natural look. Thank you!

What a beautiful, idyllic location for any type of beauty treatment on this list!
First time visiting the salon today.

I had Sasha deal with my eyelashes and give me eyelashes extensions. What a wonderful lady. I have had some many bad experiences in the beauty industries. However Sasha truly made me feel so amazing throughout the appointment.

I have booked back in to have my eyebrows shaped, tinted and waxed plus infills and I already cannot wait to go back! 🤍

I paid for a full spa day (100 minutes treatments) and only received 60 minutes treatment in total. I was forced to have lunch at 11.30 and then lay on my full belly for treatment straight after.
When I complained, I was offered an apology and promised a refund that never actually came.
I would not recommend.

Had a wonderful spa day at Transformations. The staff were brilliant and I left feeling great having had a deeply relaxing massage and amazing facial .The relaxation room lived up to expectations. The light lunch was delicious. Am planning another day out here in the autumn .Thank you Transformations team for making a memorable day for myself and my party.

I had a fabulous spa day! I arrived at 10am and left at 3pm. I was well looked after by Kiera who did my full body masssge and facial. Lunch was yummy too! I feel like a new woman!
