It's only been a good few weeks into this place for my son ACT school in Splott
And i can't help but think and feel it was a massive wrong choice!
There is NO communication from the head or the staff with the parents or the taxi company they use
My son have NOT been in school all week due to staff illness
It's such a shame when you got a child who wants to go to school but can't because there is no staff.
I made a call starting Monday for the headmaster to call me and I have called every day since to even twice a day some times and nothing back not even a email voice message nothing! And it's now Friday!
I find this stressing , it's lack of communication.
They text you 5 mins before the taxi turns up cancelling school but yet the taxi turns up not knowing a thing . So sad and annoying and what a waste of funding .

From an employers perspective, I don't think I could recomend ACT, incorrect paperwork sent, too many mistakes, and changes in assessor during a trainees course. A little chaotic in my opinion.
