They deserve minus stars for their lack of patience. They are rude and blame the apprentices for THEIR mistakes. They dont acknowledge apprentices are working on top of the assignments they set and they expect apprentices to finish the assignments in ridiculous time frames. Im sure they were given the worst grade from ofsted which further shows their incompetence, which is also backed by their lack of experience only having been around for around 4 years. I painfully completed my course last year and I can say with confidence that they dont think about their learners and its as if they want them to stress because they lack empathy. I truly hope they get shut down by ofsted and for anyone looking for an apprenticeship course please keep looking because this is not the one.

Recently just joined Sapphire training and I must say Nina Dass is one the most kindest and respectful individual you will ever speak to. She is so supportive, as someone who wants to do an apprenticeship I lack knowledge however, she is there to support me and guide me without making me feel like I don’t know anything.

I had been looking into finding an apprenticeship for myself and I had finally secured one due to Nina Dass helping me and I couldn’t be more happier with my experience with her, very friendly and supportive and couldn’t thank her enough, I definitely recommend going through to sapphire training if your in the same situation ?
