I was there today for a placement test but was treated badly by the placement test administrator. It seems that he is racist because I am not British and I am a refugee here. I hope the administration will deal with him. He is in his fifties but he is bad at dealing with me. 😞😞😞😞

Not punctual teachers and organization of classes. You can wait a few months for your course, then they will call you back and put you in front of the fact that the time of classes is not convenient for you. If you ask for another time to be agreed with you, they will promise to call you back and no one will ever call you back. Will I recommend this training center - of course NO! I do not recommend, do not waste your time on them, look for something better than them.

My son Luke who is 27 has severe learning disabilities and he will not sit with me for long periods when I have tried to helping him, Luke loves going here. Small group so, Luke is seen here ,unlike the schools and colleges he went to Where he felt like he was invisible.

I found that the receptionist who greats people on the 22nd September 2021 at 6:30 pm very friendly and helpful.

Furthermoor, the tutor who has just started to do her course in Bread Making, is also very helpful, and I will be looking forward in being her in here next class, next Thursday.

Been here a few times over the years. The staff and people I have meet have really nice! However this year I decided that I would go back and train again in child care again which I was trained in and have work in a before my children were born. I was trained over 19 years ago and worked with children after my training was over. I last worked in this profession 15 years ago etc. That is why I decided to retrain to get my skills knowledge up to date. However I have the great pleasure of meeting one of the rudist nasty bully who thought it was good to look down at me. This person thought it was ok to belittle me with one of the questions saying I had it wrong when in fact she had it wrong. She also got all her question wrong on the sane test etc. She also thought it was ok to throw a writing pad at me across the table when we were working in a small group when I gave my input. If I know a answer or understand the question I will give my input. I don't think this person likes it when people have their own opinion or might have the right answer. She also wants to be in charge when we are given a assignment by the tutor. She didn't like it when other people had different opinions than her. We all get things wrong it's normal But I didn't belittle her like she belittle me This person has never worked with children she is one of the students who is training with me. She thinks because she had children she knows how to teach children it is totally different in school nursery settings. I have children as well but I listen to my children teachers. I think this person should not be on this course and I will be making a complaint about this person and will wait until early next year to go back on this course when it starts again with other students not this one etc. Because I don't want to be anywhere near a fool like this person and certainly would not like this person teaching my children if she throw a writing pad at people. What would she do if a child doesn't understand her or thinks she can't teach or acts up etc. This person has a anger problems etc.
