Ordered highcliffe school skirt end of July and even have friends who ordered june and still not got any with one week to starting, so annoying as could have gone else where. No communication and when phoned just got it will be here, us parents are working so just can't drop everything to rush over there and also wanted to be all organised now not the day before! Feel really let down and my daughter stressed as thinking she has no skirt!!

I went into this shop a few days ago and recieved great customer service from a member of staff but the manager was very rude to this staff member. I felt very uncomfortable. This is not the first time I have witnessed this behaviour from the manager, she seems to enjoy belittling her staff. Surprised she has any staff.

I would put no stars if I could. I receive free school meals and so my child’s school sent me a free jumper voucher. This was via email and stated in the email that I could either show them the voucher on my phone or get a printout. I went in and showed on my phone, they couldn’t accept that, so I went up the road to the stationers and paid for a printout and then the manager came out and said she couldn’t accept that either. Said I needed the “physical voucher” as far as I’m concerned what I had given her was the “physical voucher”! Very disappointed and feel staff were unprofessional.

Desperate for a piece of uniform for my child starting school. Rang the shop and there was only 1 item in stock. I ask them to hold it for 15 minutes while i drive there and pay for parking. They refused even though i offered to pay over the phone. Mean. Unkind.
Will shop elsewhere.

Visited this store on the 28th July and my daughter went back to school today, the 2nd September and our order of 2 cardigans still hasn't arrived. I spoke to the area manager yesterday who assured me it should be in store this morning. Still nothing. I am currently composing my complaint. I am disgusted that a school uniform shop hasn't had the foresight to make sure they had surplus stock in August - the busiest month of the year for them. Yes, COVID had them shut for a couple of months, but they have been open a while now and are advertising that if ordered before mid August, it is guaranteed in time. All lies. They need to seriously look at their staff as the ones I have spoken to have all been rude and condescending. They sadly lost their best member of staff and the shop just isn't the same without her. Customer service is rubbish and follow up is non existent. Order online for delivery home as going in store is a waste of time.

Just want to say if you need to get uniform make an appointment at the new milton shop. They were absolutely amazing! Really patient, really helpful and cheaper than the southbourne uniform shop too! We had an appointment booked at 11 but we were almost 30 minutes early and they saw us straight away. Couldn't recommend more!

Unfortunately customer service is nowhere to be seen! And the prices are a joke. £50 for 2, thin jumpers. Seriously that's a joke. The woman may have well thrown the socks at me at the till. This is the 3rd year I've been left disappointed with the shop/staff and price. I should have reviewed sooner. Next year I will have to find somewhere else

Been using this shop for a long time. Popped in again on Saturday in a mad rush for a white shirt. A very efficient and kind lady helped me find the right size and even showed me one out of the packaging so I could judge if it would fit. In and out in 3 minutes as was in a mad rush as needed one to wear in 45mins. Thank you. As always very helpful and happy staff, even when under pressure.
