Shelley was an incredible hypnobirthing teacher who truly transformed my experience of pregnancy and birth. She helped calm my anxiety, giving me the tools and confidence to approach labour with a sense of control and ease. When the time came, I felt completely in charge of my decisions and was able to stay calm throughout. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for reassurance and empowerment in their birth journey!

My partner and I had three sessions with Shelley at our home and couldn't have been more impressed. Immediately friendly and welcoming, Shelley took a real and genuine interest in us, our history and what we wanted from our birth.
She was a great teacher with a wide breadth of knowledge as well as being a fantastic support, providing guidance and assistance on a number of topics.
My partner was quite anxious about giving birth before the course but her concerns were listened to and dealt with in an empathetic way making her much more comfortable on the big day.
As the birth partner, I felt involved from the outset with all of my questions answered and able to be fully involved in the birth too.
Highly recommended!

Shelley is amazing! Such a friendly and warm lady, she instantly put us at ease when speaking about our previous traumatic birth experience. Her course content was fantastic and she was excellent at tailoring it to our needs. She answered all our questions and was so clear in all her explanations. Shelley was always available before and after the course to offer advice and recommendations. She also really involved my husband who was my birth partner, which was so important.
So grateful we did the course, we had the most empowering second birth experience at home. Would highly recommend any pregnant ladies to get in touch with Shelley and get prepared to have the positive birth that you want! Thank you!

Hypnobirthing with Shelley was brilliant in the lead up to giving birth and I would highly recommend to anyone that is pregnant to do with your birthing partner. We did the course in the comfort of our home and she covered so much and really helped us understand and prepare for birth. We were able to ask questions and discuss anything that worried us. It was great doing it with my husband to make sure we were on the same page and he knew how he could support me through birth and we made all decisions together. Even after the course was finished, Shelley continued to support us through some difficult decisions and it was great to have her knowledge and advice. It was money well spent, and I used all techniques I learnt throughout my birth.

I couldn’t recommend Shelley enough! The class was so informative leaving my partner and me confident and well equipped to make decisions and advocate for ourselves. I can't recommend Shelley highly enough, she helped us both to feel more confident and prepared after a traumatic first birth and anxiety about a second. Shelley is such a lovely lady and huge advocate for positive birth. My partner and I did a hypnobirthing workshop with her and she went out of her way to tailor it to us and provide us with helpful tips and tricks in preparation for birth. She was also always available afterwards to answer questions and if we needed any reassurance or follow up.
I’m grateful to have had my dream water birth but I felt as prepared as I could be for any outcome.

We attended one of Shelley's group sessions and it was so informative. I made so many notes of helpful things ready for labour. It was also helpful for my partner to be there as he learnt so many handy tips on how to support me in labour. Shelley also facilitated discussions between my husband and I to really help us understand what would work best for us in labour. I would highly recommend Shelley's classes. Shelley also puts on events for pregnant mummas, which I attended when I was pregnant and I would highly recommend these events too! Thank you Shelley!!
