My course was on hold for 2 years in total due to covid. Had to chase for months just to find out when the course was likely to start, got given a start date which was re scheduled twice due to lack of numbers for the course to run I was told and then got told I would get my deposit back but I still have not received. The number for the company does not even exist either. The domain for the site does not even work so all I have is a person at the end of an email to correspond with. Really unprofessional and not worth all the hassle.

trained with lipnv about 4 weeks again. and can I just day! the most amazing thing I have done to date! since doing the corse I have done 15 people which has been a great impact on my salon, being a male aswell I think have its advantages as the older women are likening it 😂 but girls and guys if you wanna do the course dont hesitate. be the best thing you do 🙂

LipNV is a fabulous course. It has changed my earning potential greatly! I trained with Jem and Emma in Bournemouth. The 3 things I look out for when booking training is; in depth theory about the skin and treatment area, trainer/educator knowledge, style and background and student support/aftercare. I can safely say that LipNV has met all 3 very highly. As a team, they are always on hand for support. Emma has helped me numerous times with questions and is also very reassuring, Layla is always available to speak to and very inspirational, even their marketing team have been on hand to help with content for social media. The theory part of the course was very in depth and taught in a way that was easy to understand. The equipment, kit and products they use are of a very high quality. There is also a closed Facebook group where all students can help and support each other including the trainers which I have found very helpful. Thank you LipNV. From not knowing who you were, to a demo at Olympia, to making the jump and booking and to success and passion. I should probably also say it's my favourite treatment to do as well!

Very Rude. Apparently this company won best customer service this year and last and are moving their head office to Scotland. The communication director at the creative beauty group and founder Layla Tourh from Bournemouth has no communication skills or professionalism towards loyal customers that have brought into the Gel ll™ System.
I have had nothing but upset with The Creative Beauty Group, 4 orders that have been incomplete, an empty bottle of Gel ll™. Incorrect items sent, Gentle soak that had leaked and they are forever out of stock.
If you'll looking to invest in a Gel System I would sincerely look elsewhere, the colours aren't consistent and the application varies with each different colour. Don't bother !!
Very disappointing. I will be ending my love of Gel ll and boardcasting the message I received from Layla until I recieve the money owing my last incomplete order.

If I could give 0 stars to this company I would.. do not book with this company if you are looking for something professional! The manager is very rude and hasn’t got a clue how to run a business.
Not been able to sit the course but the communication between me and the company has been appalling! Waiting weeks for responses. Organisation is terrible I have no faith at all with this company. Save your money!
