Foolishly took advantage of their Miyuki seasons promotion last week and received SEVEN tubes, of the same beads: long Magamatas, in the SAME colour! They won’t take it back, or give me additional colours, so I am stuck with these beads, which I will never have a use for in my entire lifetime. I have supported them for a long time, including their bead fairs, but will never support them again, although they seem quite content with losing a customer.

Something I ordered wasn’t in stock so they gave me a ring and suggested replacement options or a refund. I went for the replacement and it was perfect! Super fast delivery as well. Highly recommended!

A well stocked shop, what I especially like is the wide range of Miuyki Delicas in wholesale quantities.
Fast shipping from UK to Norway as well. Customer service is very good!
I was working on the bangle in the photo when I happened to find my favourite Delica Dealer, and I'm very happy that I did. Working on projects like that, which I frequently do, a well stocked wholesale dealer is an old girl's best friend!

I ordered some beads from CJ Beaders with a lot of excitement to the Netherlands, it has been 10 days and I still havent received them. I sent an email to them regarding this issue and still no answer.
Edit: i received my beads and they are very good quality and gorgeous, however paying 30% of my order as customs was a bit annoying unfortunately

One of my bead colours had gone out of stock; they called to let me know and to see if my order could wait until the stock arrived or if I needed the beads sooner. Ordered an item that showed as in stock but wasn't unfortunately. Received email advising expected availability and options (wait, part ship, refund). As expected availability was over two weeks I opted for refund and within an hour refund had been received. Much better service than many larger organisations where refunds take days if not longer.
