Just spent 3 nights here. Fantastic place, friendly staff, good food in the cafe, great well priced tackle shop and fantastic fishing all in the beautiful New forest. I will definitely be going back again. Dogs are welcome and you can drive very close to most of the swims. I would highly recommend.

Well wot can I say went there for my first time with my dad and were speechless amazing fisherie and very good for a day out.

All the stuff are very friendly you can have a laugh with them.

Very well maintained and all the pegs on the match lake well maintain and plenty of room.
The tackle shop well stocked with baits and tackle for your pole fishing - waggler fishing and your carp fishing and thy have rods for sale and a few selected top kits for your poles if you brake one.

And the cafe is amazing and all the food is cook fresh.
You can pre order your food and you can take it to your pegs.

Great fishing experience and super helpful chap in the tackle shop. Camping field was very quiet with water tap. No visible cassette emptying point but the toilets and showers were very good. Only negative thing is the cost of Camping at £25 per night, without EHU. The showers cost in addition £2 for 5mins. I felt this was overly expensive and I wouldn't use the Camping site in future but stay in a nearby CL.

It was great to return, after so many years. The complex is very well kept. The pigs are a delightful addition.
The shop is adequately stocked and I received helpful guidance.
We fished the Main Lake. The carp were spawning hard, so almost completely disinterested. But there were plenty of silvers and a surprise 4lb 4oz tench. We had a great time in the sunshine, in peaceful surroundings.

My first visit, followed by my first ever carp catch!, lovely place, facilities are nice and clean, Café was lovely, and the bait and tackle shop is stacked with loads of things, all the staff were helpful and nice, camp site was great, hard standing with electric, I will definitely be back here, only one thing was the gents could do with an extract fan in the loo, above the toilet, a very minor thing, but it could do 😄😷

Had my second visit to Orchard Lakes this weekend and fished Match Lake again in preparation / practice for actually matches coming up in the next few weeks. With a strong cold wind I was guided to select one of the pegs at the top of the lake with cover from the hedging and landed on Peg 15 with a fish over to a bank and lily pad area. Really good advice and service from the guys in the shop which is well stocked.

As expected at this time of year it was hard going initially fishing over to the old/rotted lilies which will soon start to spring into life again - but were sufficient to apparently hold the F1s. Eventually it got going and I ended the session with just under 40 fish and about 25lbs. Three nice 2-3lb carp, F1s, Ide and Crusians.

The complex is great, certainly looking forward to fishing Match Lake as the weather and fishing improves, you can park behind your peg and the shop, toilets and soon to be completed cafe are modern and clean.
