Nice little gym. Good variety of equipment. Staff members are helpful and friendly. The downside is that it gets busy, and a lot of people are sitting on the equipment, using their phones more than working out.

Really excellent gym. The trainers and well informed and great to talk to. If you are anxious about going to the gym because of past eating disorders I would recommend talking to them at reception and just explaining your situation. I was very nervous about exercising again around people after recovery. They were so supportive. I have had a really positive experience here and I hope that others do too.

They have a large selection of weights and brilliant classes too!

Decent gym. Too many people on phones hogging the equipment though. Mostly polite and nice though. Would love a bigger weights area for the price you pay. Showers are rather weak. But hardly location for university professionals and students in falmouth and penryn

Relatively small gym but offers great equipment, a solid selection of classes, and is good for nervous first-timers like myself. Staff are very helpful and the place is always clean and well organised.

Good gym with enough equipment for its size. A seated hamstrings curl machine and a hacksquat would be nice additions to it, but even without them, the place is amazing.
