I have just completed Direction Acadamy six week course and I can honestly say that it was one of the best things I could have done for myself, my confidence and my self worth.
Jo and Jill helped me gain such an insight into how old patterns, conditioning, negative chatter and limiting beliefs have held me back in the past.
It was difficult to hold up that mirror at times but with their encouraging, sensitive and often funny coaching techniques, interesting exercises and blissfull meditation and Reiki I finished the course feeling totally empowered.
I can't thank you both enough! 🙏❤️

I love my sessions with Jo, the supportive space she's held for me to make some really big shifts in my life has been a big part of my transformation journey. Jill and Jo subtly and cleverly lead you through the programme enabling you to unpick your unthought thoughts and feelings allowing you begin a freer, more informed chapter of your life.

I found the programme a liberating awakening, letting me have a better understanding of choices (good & bad!) I have made, so I can begin again without my ‘trailer of baggage’!! It wasn’t always easy confronting my past and there were, and still are, tears of sadness and joy but I am so looking forward beginning again.

I can highly recommend the Direction Academy 12 week course. Having been on a few similar courses, I was really impressed with the amount of ground Jo & Jill cover, the volume of tips on how to lead an easier and more balanced life, the bonus meditations and their super relaxed yet engaging styles which make you laugh no matter what you're going through.
