You couldn’t wish to meet a friendlier group of people than the members of Penryn Camera Club. Being fairly new to photography I thought meetings might be a bit intimidating but not at all! Everyone is welcoming and happy to share their knowledge. Meetings are held weekly at The Space with the option to attend via Zoom and are well organised and relaxed.

I have been a member of Perryn canera club for about 6 months and cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they are as a group of people. Being an amateur with very little knowledge of camera settings it is great to have their experience to hand . The members are at all levels of knowledge and experience but there are no pretensions in this club , unlike others have experienced so it is great that no-one makes me feel stupid when answering my questions. And believe me i ask some stupid questions! The encouragement that new members are given is lovely and i would highly recommend the Penryn camera club if you are looking to join a friendly group like this.

Another brilliant evening at Penryn Camera Club. The evening was a competition results evening with members photos judged by Ron, chairman of Penwith Camera Club. We all learnt so much from his constructive feedback and his humour made it a fun sociable evening. Everyone is so friendly there as they help you to learn with them.

Clubhouse attended after a funeral so although a sad occasion the staff were all very friendly and accommodating and cannot be faulted whatsoever plenty of parking with good bar and congregation space providing warm, welcoming and clean facilities highly Recommended
