One south , i've had a chance to practice everything And get my breathing a bit more sorted out.I can't wait to book some more lessons.

Alysha is an awesome coach! I have always looked in admiration at all the people I see cold water swimming around Penzance and secretly always wanted to join them, but tried a couple of times on my own and gave up as I just found it too difficult and psyched myself out. Last week I bumped into someone who suggested I give Alysha at Cornish Mumaids a call. I ended up booking a set of 3 sessions and had my first yesterday. As soon as I met Alysha at the slipway I knew it was going to work. She just oozed confidence, positivity and enthusiasm. Straight away she talked with me about my previous attempts and then coached me towards a far better way to approach it. I learned so much and before I knew it, I had gone in twice in the space of 15 minutes and stayed in longer than I have ever managed. She made it fun and gave me some great tips which made all the difference. I ended up really enjoying the session and am so glad I found her. Looking forward to my next booking in a weeks time!

Swimming at 14 degrees water temperature in Mounts Bay? Without you, we probably wouldn't have dared to do that. What we would have missed!
