My 5 year old LOVES going to gymnastics each week, she has been going for almost two years. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and supportive. Great facilities and range of classes. Cannot recommend Penzance Gymnastics Club enough! ☺️

I do the adult classes. The warm up and conditioning is really good. Always intense and uses muscles I never knew I had. I'm usually very stiff next day! Then we get to learn how to use the equipment, which is great fun! I've never done gymnastics before, only just learning to cartwheel, and I'm 47 years old. But it's still brilliant and I don't feel out of place.

I goto the adult class and love it. I am 47 year old bloke and I am learning something new each time. I look like an idiot but no one cares. It's like a big playground. The staff are so positive you just want them too always be in your life just egging you on to do something you would never of done before.
