I had a enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Facilities were as expected for a Premier inn.

The food was good throughout, and breakfast was a highlight with a nice selection and quality options. Overall, a good experience – I’d stay again.

The hotel is very well located and everything I'd expect from a Premier Inn. The staff were brilliant.||Sadly the Premier Inn online booking system set let us all down twice, and despite apparently taking payment that afternoon failed to reserve me a room and no rooms immediately free. The staff gamely returned an out-of service room to service for me. Booking that now-available room then took 2 hours with the risk throughout that someone else would book it first, with the local staff unable to take control of the system.

Living in Penzance our firm favourite for breakfast is Premier Inn. The food is always tasty and there is a great choice including cereals, pastries juices hot food (and chef will cook poached eggs or vegan choices when asked). Staff are very attentive polite and friendly. Tables are clean and well presented. Toilets are clean and smell clean. Can't praise the restaurant and staff highly enough. Great value for money. Worth a visit

The hotel is over the road from the railway station, so very handy if coming in by train.|Check in was slow. There is a buzzer on the desk, but no one responded to it and after 10 minutes or so a young man came from a room near the cafe area. No apology for not responding earlier.|I was on the ground floor and the room was lovely and quiet. The AC was great after a hot railway journey.|The bed was comfortable as usual at a PI.|Shower fine, but sink had a sprinkler like tap which is useless for cleaning teeth, but great for hand washing.|Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Staff a bit keen to clear away as my toast and marmalade disappeared when I was getting a coffee.|£150 per night, but Penzance isn't cheap.

All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They quickly solved an issue with our room key not working.|We were able to leave our bags while we explored Penzance.|Samantha, the manager, was very kind and spent time to make us feel very welcome.|The room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom! Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.|We will definitely stay here again if we come to Penzance.

Had an excellent stay at Penzance. Hotel centrally located at the bottom of town on the harbour site. No parking however large car park next door with plenty of parking. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. Very good stay and very clean room. Would come back.......

The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. I have been in a few times for the full English breakfast and I always leave with a full belly! I would recommend. Great food and very reasonably priced.
