My daughter has danced with Footlight Performance Academy since she was 3, she’s now 11 and still loves every minute.
She loves dancing in ballet and Tap but also loves learning new tricks at Acro.
Leanne and Dani are amazing teachers and have helped build her confidence over the years.

My daughter started at Footlight in January 2023 at the age of 5 and we haven't looked back! I wanted a class that she felt instantly comfortable in and somewhere that made it easy to make friends as she struggles with building friendships in general. Footlight have welcomed her in as part of the family and she looks forward to going every week to see her favourite ladies and enjoys catching up with her dance friends whilst learning dance in a relaxed environment. You can really see the ladies love what they do and they celebrate all of the wins be it big or small. My daughter took part in their summer show after only 6 months of being there and I cannot begin to express my appreciation of all the teachers and assistants who have been a part of building the confident girl I watched on stage. I had so many reservations on how my daughter would cope for various reasons but I needn't worry - she came out buzzing from every show and I couldn't have been prouder of her. I only have endless gratitude for Footlight Performance Academy and would recommend it to any family to join their daughter or son for that matter as they truly welcome everyone ?

Footlight is such a lovely dance school! It encourages children to be their best authentic self! The teachers are fabulous and it’s wonderful to see how the older children help and encourage children in the younger groups. It’s not just a dance school, it’s a dance family!

Simply the best dance school around! My daughter has been going since she was two years old and I go to the adult dd mix dance class! The teachers are just wonderful with the children.
