I’m a mature (in years) lady, and always wanted to pole dance. I’ve been going to classes for a little while, and despite the fact that I’m clumsy and not very coordinated, the staff at Polz Apart are such a lovely, friendly, patient & encouraging bunch, and have given me confidence to believe more in myself, as I can now do moves that I never thought would be possible for me. The classes are fun & inspiring & that’s due to all the Polz Apart staff❤️Thanks ladies x

Been doing aerial with Polz Apart for a few years and have recently started pole. These are the first exercise classes that I've really stuck to and look forward to going to. They keep me motivated to get better and stronger and I get to hang around upside down often. The class atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, Zea and her team are always very encouraging and helpful and all the students are supportive. A fun way to get fit and build strength without realising it!

Was looking for somewhere that did aerial in day time classe that is local to me and I found polz apart new studio on Ashley road been going now for a month loverly studio Zea and Marcy. Are amazing teachers my daughter also does after school class and loves it she has additional needs and they very inclusive highly recommend

Booked studio hire and due to my own mistake went to the wrong studio. When I spoke to the person I’d been emailing they were extremely condescending, rude and downright nasty to the point that I burst into tears because I wasn’t expecting such hostility for making an honest mistake. Although I did let her know I was driving, She then said the session would have to be cancelled because the other person need to be somewhere and I could reschedule. (Bare in mind I was 15 minutes late for a 2 hour studio hire session) I explained I wouldn’t be able to reschedule as I was only in town for the day at which point she again said I should have checked my emails and said she’s not having the conversation anymore and hung up the phone. I’m posting this so nobody else that’s looking for somewhere to have a lil session bothers to book here unless you want to be verbally abused and have your money taken. Treat all customers with respect. Especially when they’ve been respectful to you. Nasty low vibrational business

Entitled? I called you and asked where the studio is and you proceeded to lay into me and I started crying because I was taken aback at how nasty you were being. As I even said in the review, I knew it was my mistake. You said 'you should learn to read your emails better' 'you're all the way over there? that's nowhere near the studio, are you driving?' 'i told you on the email, clearly stated on the email' to which I never denied. You offered to move it to another day and I said I wouldn't be able to do that because I was only down for the day. I never asked for a refund because I knew it was my fault? I understood why you were annoyed but did not deserve to be spoken to like a naughty child. I have the right to review the service I received from you. Again, I hope in the future even if you are annoyed at a customer, you don't shout at them the way you did to me.

After taking weekly aerial classes with Polz Apart for around 5 years before having to leave to go to uni, I can safely say it was the best thing I ever did! Zea and her team of instructors are all absolutely fantastic and have created the best learning environment where you can progress so quickly even as a complete beginner. I could not recommend highly enough if you’re looking to learn a super fun skill as well as build strength and confidence.

Zea and the team are so lovely and very welcoming, my daughter wanted to do something different than the usual dancing around and one trial of Circus skills had us sold! My daughter loves going every week and looks forward to learning new tricks and techniques. We can’t wait to try the new shop!
