I started as a beginner to Pilates with Juliet. The classes are structured and we work to our ability. Juliet will advise you if you are doing the exercises incorrectly and give you alternative exercises to do according to your strengths.
It is a very friendly class and I would definitely recommend her classes to everyone.

Since doing Juliet’s Pilates classes I am fitter and stronger, she is an absolute genius at working out you are trying to do the exercise by cheating without you even realising that. In addition I am seeing her 7 years post op hip replacement and can walk without discomfort for the first time in many years. Why didn’t I go sooner, she is so knowledgeable and professional.
