An excellent course if you are looking to improve your culinary skills! You learn several cooking techniques many recipes and a lot helpful information. They are true professionals and make you feel right at home. After the course is done, several job opportunities will come your way with a great reference.
I definitely recommend attending whitePepper either to improve professionally or if you just enjoy cooking as a hobby.

I took the 3 week course to achieve the CTH Level 2 Cookery award and had a fun and delicious time while doing it!

The program was very well-organized, the space was conducive to learning, and the recipes were the right amount of challenging and interesting!

Luke and James were wonderful instructors! I'd recommend this to anyone interested in improving their cooking skills.

Absolutely loved by Day Boat Cookery course - James was a great chef and teacher - suppported by a great team helping get ingredients ready and helping to clear up. I learnt lots of new techniques that I'll be putting to good use straight away!

I attended Beside the Sea.
WP exceeded my expectations and I learnt lots of new skills which are transferable to real life in a domestic kitchen. Above all the people running and teaching the course were genuinely interested in what you wanted to achieve from completing the course.

My husband and I recently attended the recreational 5 day Intermediate Cookery course.
We have done several different courses, both in the UK and abroad, and were struck by how well structured and professional and friendly the team at White Pepper are. It was also great to have so much "hands on" cooking time. We learnt new skills, brushed up on old ones and had a most enjoyable and productive time. We eat very well and took home plenty of food, the fruits of our labour.
Luke and Mark are both excellent tutors and we would recommend White Pepper most highly.

I've been working in yachting for 5 years and I was toying with the idea of moving into the galley. A friend of mine who is now working as sous/crew chef recommended me to white pepper. With so many courses to choose from I found white pepper to be the most approachable. Luke had alot of time to go through the courses and with living away I was able to arrange a zoom a meeting; which was a great way to talk face to face and iron out any queries. I started the course with new tutors Al and Claire and I really did strike lucky to have them both. The bronze journey has been an epic learning experience and I cant wait to continue onto the silver. The whole team at white pepper make it a fulfilling experience!

What a fantastic day on the patisserie whole day course. Very welcoming, great instruction with humour and detail for those wanting to understand the processes behind each recipe in more detail. Delicious lunch, and went home with so many cakes I had to share with my neighbours! Thank you, and I look forward to coming back again.

I have just completed the Intermediate Cookery Course. I have literally loved every second. Mark and Luke are totally inspirational. I can’t believe the standard of food I was able to produce with their guidance - which I have been able to recreate at home! They use top quality ingredients with lovely equipment and their attention to detail is wonderful. My ability to cook has dramatically improved and this course has really changed they way I cook and prepare food. I didn’t want my course to end and so now I am going back to do my bronze!
