I did the full day emergency first aid at work course. The day was really well planned and covered a good range of topics with plenty of opportunity for discussion, questions and practice. Thanks to this course, I feel a lot more confident now that, if an incident were to occur, I could handle this appropriately and calmly. Highly recommend.
