Disappointed with their business information. I made it a priority to carve out time today (Saturday) to visit this place of business with a list of items I want for my classroom, all to find that their business hours are not accurate and the phone numbers don't work either. I arrived at 12:45pm to a fully closed business. I attempted to call to find out the actual hours, but the phone number listed in Google Maps is a Google phone number that never actually "connects" you to a person. The phone number on the building itself has been disconnected. It's a shame because I had high hopes of patronizing this business once again to find that it may not even be open. If the phone numbers actually worked, I could call to get their correct business hours. Shame.

I am very disappointed with their service! I had been a long time customer and took my items to get laminated on August 18th and have not been able to retrieve them because the business has not reopened since then. I really don't understand what is going on but I have left messages on the website have called to no avail! I am frustrated because I had been there before and never had any issues. Mrs. Neely was always professional but she wasn't there that day. I gave them to her son. I feel like my things are being held hostage! The part I don't understand is if you weren't planning on reopening why even take my items and say you would have them ready for me the next day!! Who does that? It's been a whole month! Still no answer to my messages and it is still closed!!! Plus I left my number with them!! I gave this business 1 star but truthfully it doesn't even deserve that!!!

The wonderful thing about Neely's is, it brings a lot of childhood memories to so many people. Along with good customer service. There is a wide spread variety of most elementary education. I like how knowledgeable the staff is. This is one of my favorite places to get stationary, educational supplies for the kids. A one stop shop for successful students.

Cute little mom/pop education supply store in the least expected place of town. They have a great collection of items at fair prices. I came to Neelys to get a calendar laminated. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the laminator to get warmed up. The cost for laminating the calendar was $4.00 or $1.50 a foot. Although the calendar was less than two feet I believe I was charged for the excess at the front and end of the item being laminated. My error was walking out without inspecting the calendar because once I got to work it came apart, so now, my calendar just has a piece of plastic over it and you can hardly see the numbers because it is just that separated.

Best--and last--teacher supply store in Los Angeles! LOTS of SECONDARY supplies, unlike most other stores. Prices are great and customer service is too. Parking is available if you call and ask where to park. You could also just get a little walk in from down the street.

This place is the best!! Family owned and operated ! I have been a customer since 2001 and they have everything and if its not in stock they will get it for you. They care about their customers and are always ready to help and always smile I cant say enough about this great place ....even have layaway for local family child care providers

Just moved out of the area, found a new teaching gig, and I MISS NEELY'S TERRIBLY!!! Family-owned business, they have everything you could ever want, and the ladies are just as sweet as pie. One Saturday, I guess I'll drive the 80+ miles back to L.A. just to stock up for next year.

They sell almost everything there! I bought 3 Melissa and Doug puppets there. A Police Officer, a Construction Worker, and a T-Rex puppet! Although they are pretty expensive, and I've wasted $80 on all of those, it's still great!
