The concept is wonderful if there weren’t so many defects with the toys. So many toys missing something or looking used. Perhaps invest in having the production up to par. Also, customer service is absolute GARBAGE! They need better training and who ever is in charge of the customer service department needs to FIRE Maritza. She’s unprofessional and certainly didn’t care to help me fix the problem! Had so much attitude, and just hung up after I tried to explain that these toys were gifts. Shame on this company!

I love the quality and top-rated products which Learning Resources offers. Our two-year-old granddaughter adores the colorful cupcakes and is learning the shapes on the bottom of each as well. We recently had to contact customer service and they were awesome! They emailed us right away and went above and beyond our expectations. I want others to know this is a wonderful company!!!
