I have been training Capoeira with Prof. Denny at LSC Herança Brockley for a few months now and can't recommend the classes enough. I love the combination of martial arts, music, dance and the social aspects. I love how relaxed I feel after each class. Capoeira can sometimes be challenging for your body, but here at LSC you can be sure you get all the support you need to progress at your own pace. Come give it a go! It's good for you!

I have been training capoeira for about a year and a half now and I have enjoyed every single moment of it. Despite capoeira being a rather demanding sport/art form, Professor Denny's approach is methodical and progressive which makes it accessible to different fitness levels.
