TGS is an amazing place to work out. Fantastic classes with supportive staff who work to individual needs. Varied classes allow you to do many classes a week without getting bored!! The staff are non judgmental and encourage you to be the best you can. Would highly recommend. The gym is extremely well equipped and it’s a fantastic and safe environment

I’m a regular at the FIT MUMS CLASS on Wednesdays and Fridays with Pavla. The gym is always clean and the equipment excellent. Pavla is superb and really motivates. She has introduced me to weight training and as a beginner her advice on technique has been invaluable. Highly recommend the gym and any class Pavla offers.

Great gym, with a friendly local feel. I did classes and PT before I got married and have been a member for the last 2 years getting my fitness and strength back after having baby number two. The gym, classes and staff are brilliant!

Small, clean and friendly gym with a wide range of equipment. When I joined, I signed up with Tracy for five PT sessions to build my confidence in the gym. Months later, I am still going strong. Tracy is great at keeping you accountable whilst making fitness fun.

Absolutely incredible gym, always made to feel comfortable and the staff are lovely. Been going for close to a year and I’ve never had a single problem. Big bonus as well that it’s never overcrowded thanks to the app, I never have to fight for a machine

I've always found going to a gym quite daunting, but all the trainers at TGS are so lovely and helpful. The gym has a really friendly and comfortable vibe, and the booking app system is great, especially if you're wanting to go when it's quieter with less people. I currently train with Mikey at TGS in Calverton and he always makes the training sessions really fun. He's managed to change my whole mindset around exercising and we always have a good laugh. Highly recommend this gym!

I'm currently attending Fit mum's class with Pavla. I can't recommend this class enough! Pavla is very welcoming and friendly, just what you need after having a baby! She pushs you when needed and focuses on every individuals ability. I highly recommend.
