I have done my Class 2 and now my Class 1 with Welwyn. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Yes its a little more than the other local companies but boy they are worth every penny. I passed both class 1 and 2 first time. This is in part thanks to the first class service they give.

Came here for CPC Module 4, great tuition resulted in a 100% pass. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'll be back in September.

Update. Great experience getting trained by Rob, excellent tuition and thoroughly recommend. I passed my Class 1 today after a weeks training and although I travelled from Ripon daily it was well worth the time and effort.

Just recently passed my class 1 test.. 1st time .. only had 3 days training then my test.for the life off me I couldn't reverse.. my instructor was very patient (he deserves a medal) but finally I cracked it. I have to say harry is a great instructor.. and remember.. I'm payed by the hour.. cheers harry

Completed my B+E trailer training with Welwyn LGV in September shortly after the changed to trailer licence requirements

All the vehicles are tidy and well looked after, as are the trailers and other equipment. Good hospitality, a hot drink offered every morning. All the staff did their best with answering queries and meeting any requirements I had.
The instructor I was designated was nothing short of fantastic. Firm but fair and always informative but still while maintaining a good professional yet friendly atmosphere throughout the 3 days of training

Excellent experience through this established company. Facilities are perfect for all your HGV training needs. After a long delay due to Covid they helped me through passing my Class 1 . Great instruction through experienced staff , well set up and would recommend them for anyone considering HGV training.
