Since working with Academics Canterbury, I've had plenty of work, which has been very well organised. I have been working mainly with Tom and Drew, who have been excellent. Very communicative and always checking how each placement was, aiming to find work that is suitable for me and i feel comfortable with. Always considering my availability as i have two small children, so flexibility is everything. Teaching is a new endeavour for me and because of the support i got, I would definitely recommend Academics to teachers who want to do supply teaching or are looking for a teaching career.
