I was a student at Studio One for 13 years and I highly recommend. The staff are absolutely fabulous. The studio produces the most spectacular performances, which are amazing to watch and take part in. They offer a range of classes so there is something for everyone. I have learnt so much at studio one not only as a performer but as a person. The teachers are extremely supportive. I have enjoyed all 13 years as a student and I will definately be back to help whenever I can. The studio is a wonderful community enhanced by the fabulous facilities. There are 5 beautifully kept studios which provide the perfect space to practice for exams and shows. This studio teaches at the highest calibre and I am proud to be a former student.

Fantastic dance school, very dedicated teachers. All the girls and boys love it here. My daughter has now taken part in many shows and has had so many amazing experiences and opportunities dancing with Studio One. To see her confidence keep growing is an amazing thing

My daughter danced at this school for over 6 years the teaching staff are lovely , after 6 years my daughter had only just taken her grade one singing , her result 96 percent she has a voice !!!!

At this school your child will move in line with his or her class they will not move on their on merit .

I challenged this to be told my head of the school Ms Denise Booth my school my rules !!! Your child will take one exam a year for singing so she would be 15 years old and hitting grade 4.

I moved my daughter to Jamie Lee Dance Academy at this school each child takes their exams when they are ready and not when the whole class is ready .

In line with Covid My daughter zoomed her lessons in March of this year and returned to Jamie Lee studio when it was safe to do so .

We are now July and my daughter will be taking grade 4 singing in October of this year she has skipped grade 2 and 3 as she is able to achieve grade 4.

Giving my notice was £600.00 10 weeks so my daughter should of been able to finish her notice but the school decided to block her from her lessons indeed in breach of their contract they took the money but stoped the service .

Costumes belonging to my daughter were not returned costing over £350.00 . Tickets for a show that didn't go ahead were never reimbursed. If you have money to burn then this is the school for you ! Five star reviews are from parents that Ms Booth herself have been asked to leave including myself many years ago .

This is not a dance school who cares about your child's progress its a dance school that will drag your child's progress out to earn more money .

I hope i will now prompt other parents with their issues and reasons for leaving to give their honest feedback.

Brilliant. I attend the Silver Swan ballet class. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and we learn whilst having fun. I have never danced before but I'm getting there!
Now about to start the tap class as well. The Studio is new and spacious and the teachers are so lovely and patient.

As an older student who began learning ballet for the first time at a silver swans class, I can recommend this great dance school .Lovely patient teachers. A great atmosphere where you are encouraged to reach your goals.

Absolutely horrid people, I parked temporarily to get some food. Something that’s perfectly legal as long as your in eye sight of the vehicle for no more than 10 mins and she came out like a monster. Honestly, who on earth do you think you are talking to someone like that.

If you have an issue like that maybe you should move, what did you expect being on a major industrial estate. Everywhere you look people are parking where they need too
