I did Level 1,2&3 in food hygiene and safety with catering . The course was very knowledgeable and very easy to follow . I received Excellent customer service and very fast responses. Thank you so much for your support and I will be getting any future courses through you.

took out funds from my account under "auto renew" policy from replaced card. Despite me cancelling they refused to refund.

What an absolute joke of a course; if I could give no stars I would. Outdated information and a lot of irrelevant content. Also, the AI voice-over regularly mispronounced words. Plus look at their so-called 'office' address on their website; prime office location in the centre of London, and THEN look at the 'See outside' photo that comes up on a simple Google search ; a grotty flat in God only knows where. I have my 'Achievement Award' which I'm too embarrassed to even add to my CV; it is going in the bin! Avoid, avoid, avoid. Have blocked my card I used to pay for the course as I'm fairly sure this is one big scam.

Pool Maintenance course - interesting covering a lot of areas. I do however feel it was almost minimal to areas such as pump room for pumps, piping and other pump area parts. I will be interested to see if Training Express put a course on this area in the near future I hope

This was the easiest of the processes that I have come across. I am used to waiting for more than an hour on a phone call and at times the phone will be dropped before you get assistance. My experience with Training Express confirmed the 'express' part, it was such an express. I booked the courses online, paid and started the course in an instant. I realised I had taken a wrong level of the course that I wanted to do, dropped a line for a switch and within 10 minutes I had switched. Just keep up the good work.

I am so glad I had training with Training Express for my level 3 child protection courses. The course information is very knowledgeable and helpful understanding. Especially the assistant was very patient and supportive with all the help.
