We have been using forthwright training for a few years now. Always found them to be very professional, excellent training provider. Vince delivers the training in a friendly, relaxed, but professional manner. Ensuring everyone is involved and participates well throughout the training. He has excellent examples and knowledge to share. And gives the group time to share each others experiences too.
My sector is domiciliary care and our carers practice their understanding and training in the community. More recently two staff have administered CPR, saving a service user's life.
The carer even commented saying "my first thought was, what did vince teach me"...then putting her training to use and saving a life!
You can't ask for more than that.
I highly recommend vince for first aid and health & safety training.
