Cindy is truly amazing! She really knows her stuff and she will really guide you through the IEP process. She has your back and your child's best interest! Honestly I couldn't thank her enough! Cindy was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. It was such a relief to talk to her about relocating to the area. She has excellent contacts in the public school system in Philly and has many years of experience working with special needs children. If you are looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of special education has great contacts and who can be a real support in the process to find help for your child I would definitely give her a call. In a very short period of time I had a list of real possibilities for my 16 year-old daughter.

Cindy has been a wonderful resource and advocate for my family. She takes the time to thoroughly understand the needs of your child and works diligently to ensure your child has an IEP best suited for them. She collaborates effectively with the school, and she ensures the IEP meetings are productive. We’ve always left IEP meetings feeling comfortable and happy with the outcome. I called this establishment 3 times to schedule an appointment for help with my son. They took a brief intake two of the times and then I never received a call back. I ended up going to my sons IEP alone and it was a disaster. I felt ignored and like I didn’t have the help I needed to get him help. I will now reach out to a different place but thought it was disheartening to read such great reviews about this place and I didn’t even get a call back 3 times.
