I met Matt through Nick Martin (who I understand work closely together). After failing my C1 test, Matt very kindly got me in for a retest the week after due to Nicks diary being full. Matt was straightforward, kind and supportive answering all my questions, demonstrating professionalism and experience. In the end, I passed with Matt, and I am extremely thankful for his support in taking me on last minute so I could meet my deadline.
