Top quality, very delicious Korean food on our doorstep! No need to go to Bristol or Bath to saviour delicious authentic Korean food. Needs more recognition in midsomer Norton. Our favourite place to eat now. The KFC is out of this world, soft moist chicken, crispy batter and amazing sauce. Booked a dinner here in December, we can't wait.

A place that serves Korean food? In Midsomer Norton
I was a bit sceptical as to how good it would be, especially when I saw it was also a “sewing sanctuary” but actually the food was very authentic and tastes delicious. The owner was very friendly and recommended different dishes to us. If you’ve never had Korean food before it’s a good place to start as it’s not too spicy and the menu has pictures.

What a fabulous place, Korean food was delicious and the added bonus was the amazing fabric, what a find in both ways. Staff were amazing and so helpful with fabric and food especially as my friend is gluten and vegetarian. The designs are so unique on the fabric, once you have been you will be back for more.

I am thrilled to share my experience at the Sanctuary Cafe, a true gem of an authentic Korean restaurant in Midsomer Norton. It is truly a rare find, especially for those of us who have struggled to find good Korean cuisine in the UK, even in the Korean-centric areas of Central London and New Malden.

The cafe is run by the lovely Patterson Family, led by Mark and Sarah, who originates from my hometown of Cheongju, South Korea. Sarah's passion for Bio laminated fabrics like PUL, with unique patterns, adds to the charming and welcoming atmosphere of the cafe. But what truly sets this place apart is the head chef, Sarah's younger son, who also hails from Cheongju. His mastery of the traditional Korean cuisine shines through in every dish, from the perfectly made Kimchi to the delicious bulgogi beef. The mid-sized pancake is a testament to the chef's creative flair and modern touch, making the food both delicious and visually appealing.

The menu at the Sanctuary Cafe caters to both those who are familiar with Korean cuisine and those who are trying it for the first time. The menu is easy to understand, with descriptions that won't intimidate or alienate British diners. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area, as it is a must-try. I would even go as far as to say that I would take my Korean relatives here without hesitation, knowing that they would be thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the warm hospitality of the Patterson family.

In conclusion, the Sanctuary Cafe is a true sanctuary for Korean food lovers in Midsomer Norton. The Patterson family's dedication to authenticity and excellence, combined with their warm hospitality, make this an excellent choice for anyone looking for a truly authentic Korean dining experience.
