A great place with great staff and service users.
Promoting choice and independence is a top priority. Management is very supportive. Support staff are well trained and approachable.
Connections help individuals develop skills for a more independent and safe life.

So many activities and community outings happen here. Cycling, gardening, art, makaton, baking, cooking and much more.
Trained chef who caters for specific individual dietary needs.
The building is old but is looked after and maintained. Very clean. Great atmosphere

Best described as a play school for adults with learning difficulties. Management regularly ignore advice given by relatives on diet and abilities. They have a history of giving sugary treats to diabetes sufferers. Complaints result in trumped up safeguarding reports against the relatives that are only asking for appropriate care for loved ones. Be aware if you are ever considering using this facility that you may end up losing your loved one to an institution that encourages and promotes disability in order to buy off their clients, all under the cover story of care. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a place that promotes growth and independence.
