I really struggled with the virtual learning to begin with but I found the team at Southampton really supportive and also very patient. Also they where great a communication and answered all questions, however daft, very quickly. I would recommend to anyone I know who might be wanting to upskill as the support was amazing.

Exams can be stressful on their own so it's important to go to a place where the staff wishe you all the best on your test.
My experience are always really good, I feel comfortable there and Anna is always so kind and polite. I will definitely recommend Pitman Southampton to anyone looking at doing their exams or wanting to sit an exam.

I've sat a number of AAT assessments at Pitman Southampton and the booking process has been really simple. Anna is really welcoming and polite and puts you at ease, especially if you are feeling a little anxious about sitting an exam. There is parking opposite which is really convenient. I recommend Pitman.

The lady who greats you is very nice and makes you feel relaxed. The only negative thing I can really say about the experience is the fact they schedule mixed assessments together, I had one that was figures based and I had to concentrate, the other two people had heavily word based replies to type and the keyboards were so loud and distracting. They provided ear plugs so I feel they’ve had this response before. They could have sat me in another space further away rather than right next to them! It was very distracting. I appreciate doing your normal job there will be distractions but it would have been less stressful if it had been quieter, it’s the repetitive nature of loud typing rather than the noise itself!

Pitman was a great support in helping me achieve my goal and becoming AAT level 3 qualified.
