I recently completed the 12 week Practical Manager course with Sterling Training. It was an excellent experience alongside participants from many other companies. Emma and Jono were exceptional at keeping the team engaged and following a fluid path of learning, based on participant need. I thoroughly enjoyed my training with Emma, I took 'The Practical Manager' course which spanned 12 week. Every week I was eager to get going and reconvene with my fellow learners.
I honestly didn't want the course to end, as a group we shared and learner so much together.

Earlier this year I completed a 12 week online managers refreshers course. Having had extensive military leadership training over the past 24 years I was wondering what, if anything, I would gain from this course. I am very pleased to say that I gained an awful lot, not least from learning from other people’s experiences that were all in entirely different sectors to myself. I believe (and hope) that I am a little more thoughtful on how to approach certain tasks. If you are passionate about your people, you need Sterling Training in your life.

Gone are the days of 'Death by PowerPoint' 21st century learning is about empowering the learner to offer their own personal, thoughts and ideas surrounding a learning subject.

This company is professional but personal, its puts people at the front and center of learning.

I have been lucky enough to experience learning with this organisation for 4 years now and am always impressed by the knowledge, commitment to learning and support offered, either by Emma or the rest of the team.

The way that they have adapted to learners during COVID is commendable, taking learning from a training room and opening us up to the realms of learning online in the most effective of ways.
