This is a tough but rewarding course.
A great split of both classroom and "in gym" practical learning.
There is a lot to learn and understand, but with great patience and assistance from Dave and Brian they helped me to get across the line.
If your thinking about a career as a PT or maybe just increasing your own personal knowledge I believe this is the course for you.

I gained my level 2&3 personal training diploma from these guys from the start dave the owner helped talk me through everything Bryan our tutor was brilliant he help teach us the right way and had support all the way through. The gym was shut for us to learn i would highly recommend this course and these guys to anyone.
