Emma McNally from Achieve Your Greatness is a superb NLP trainer. I chose to do the Practitioner Course because I was very keen to see how I could use NLP to help me in my personal and professional life. I was also interested in finding out how I could use NLP to support the children who I work with because I am primary school teacher. Emma was recommended to me by my sister who has benefitted hugely from doing the course. The course was so interesting, Emma made us all feel at ease and was a fantastic teacher. I am definitely inspired by NLP and am very keen to now go on to use it in all areas of my life. Having heard about the NLP in Education project, I feel inspired to get involved!

Having attended a taster weekend elsewhere on NLP years ago, I had resolved to study it one day.

My friend began studying with Emma, and as someone 'interested in NLP', I attended Emma's practice evenings with my friend; also, a social evening that she arranged, and even a laughter yoga workshop that was put on for her community and friends.

So I had decided that as and when I studied NLP in full, that it would be with Emma. I liked her friendly, open approach, coupled with her undoubtable knowledge, and professionalism.

From the revelations on the above mentioned 'taster,' I knew NLP would enhance the toolkit I had already, for both myself and clients/friends.

It did in more ways than I imagined!

The amount of content in the Achieve Your Greatness course is significant: real value for money, and the ratio of trying out/practicing the techniques/resources, to being taught/shown them, meant it really was an experiential course.

I have enjoyed trying the new resources for myself and others close to me during the course, and now that I am qualified, can't wait to share it all for the benefit of my clients.

I feel even more equipped to be of service to others, but also more in myself when facing, for example, difficult decisions, dilemmas, habitual responses, and awareness of less than helpful thoughts!

Emma is a superb trainer, and having experienced her teaching both live and via zoom, I would wholeheartedly recommend either way.

She is focused, flexible and fun, holding the space for us to learn in the most varied way possible. Even having done this course via zoom, the connections made with the other participants, because of how Emma made sure we all spent time with, and learned from eachother, were significant and authentic. Trust was built up quickly, which is important when doing a course like this.

In short, I would definitely recommend Emma and Achieve Your Greatness, to study with.

A friend had told me about NLP and a day session she had done with Emma a while back, and then my manager wanted me to read up on it for work. I was curious to know more, so my friend sent me the information to join a taster course. At first, I was not sure what I was looking for, but at the end of the taster session I knew I wanted to know more about this amazing practice.

I did the taster session and I felt comfortable with Emma’s way of explaining the basics of NLP and knew I would be safe in learning more about the practices, but also the personal journey I would be going on.

Emma explained the theory of each technique with a supporting manual. For each technique, she did a thorough demo each time to ensure we knew exactly how to practice the technique and also recorded each subject and loaded them onto Slack for us to listen to assist our revision for the exam.

The course has been a very personal journey on discovering the behaviours that have been less than helpful in my life and work on replacing them with resourceful ones. It has also helped me in my work with communicating to colleagues and clients and also have the confidence to deliver change sessions with confidence

The course was set in a beautiful location which only added to the calm and tranquil ambience that Emma naturally creates on all of her courses. The course teaches a beautifully gentle process that I have already introduced to my daily routine feeling so much happier as a consequence.
