We have booked the Bath Rugby Club run sessions in various locations. I can not praise them enough absolutely amazing. They have lots of different activities and are very attentive to the children. The food they provided was balanced and nutritious. They do cooking sessions with the children too if they want to. My little girl has loved going every single time she's been. Highly recommend.
I did book her into a different camp once and it was terrible I actually had to collect her after an hour so be aware that they are not all run in the same way by the same providers.
Bath Rugby Club volunteers are fantastic. I can't thank them enough for the way they run the activities.

We received no notice that a three day hockey camp was cancelled, and have confirmed this by checking emails (including junk) and no phone calls or voicemails.
Had arranged my working week around this camp going ahead, attended the venue on the morning of the camp to discover it had been cancelled.
Both disappointing for my daughter, and an inconvenience for myself as I was now unable to go into my place of work.
This is unacceptable, and there are far more reliable options when it comes to hockey camps.
Looking at previous reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

After day one we had concerns as one of our children was refused their snack as they thought an oat bar contained nuts...... it did not!

Our other child got injured and there was no accident form (this happened on two occasions)

We had them booked in for 8 days and removed them from camp on day 3 after our son was basically humiated in front of the class by the teacher, as well as having concerns over teachers showing photos to kids on what appeared to be their personal phone.

We witnessed children at collection time just being taken by their parents rather than queuing up and giving the pass code for teachers to then release the kids.

We have used many of the clubs in our area and most of them have very good safe guarding and we did not feel the same about this club which was a big shame.

The company did try to reassure us and admitted they had failed on certain aspects of our complaint and tried to justify other aspects

From our experience, we couldn't recommend this club.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. My son who is 5y old was put together with much older kids who bullied him and punched him in his eyes. The camp manager and the staff didn’t either notice or choose to not mention about it. He had bruises all over his faces. This experience was traumatising for him. The staff and dulwich camp manager seem to not care about all. My son came home very distressed and crying about what happened. We have been to many clubs in our area and this is the first time we have experienced such bad things. I raised a complaint to the head office but they didn’t even courtesy of calling le back. Stay away if you care about wellbeing of your child

This company cancelled their holiday club with half a day’s notice and no apology or offer of an alternative course (even though they were available). Avoid.
