I used one of their products which was and IQ test, I thought this was a one off purchase but now Active IQ has been taking $30 out of my account every other week or so. Why is this? Are you scamming me? For any future persons consider what you are getting first before interacting with this business. If Active IQ can help me then that would be appreciated

Extremly frustrated and dissapointed about Active IQ's management. Awaiting since 4 months to receive my qualification for two course after Discovery learning's closing.
A complicated situation for them but a poor care from their team to solve the issue. 100's of student left without qualifications after spending thousand of pounds and months studying. A situation that could be solved easily but it doesn't seems to be their priority!
