I have just had 2 days of 1-2-1 training with Kevin and I cannot over-state how brilliant the training was. Day one saw some terrible weather, but Kev's teaching and coaching were outstanding. This course was worth every penny and I'm now ready to take my GSA where it was meant to be....off-road. Thank you Kev for giving me so much confidence. I'll be back soon.

Just got back from a 2 day package with Kevin , a really nice friendly bloke who went above and beyond when my indicators packed in …. A truly awesome 2 days that had me doing stuff I never thought I’d do at my age now with aplomb, all thanks to Kevin’s guidance , his wife Deb is lovely and friendly too from the short time in her company and the little cafe he takes you to for Lunch does the most amazing sandwiches . Had a brilliant time and will definitely return for more advanced training. 10/10
Thanks Lee

Despite some pretty challenging weather conditions I had an excellent day with Kevin on the school’s BMW 1250 GS . The day was well structured beginning on the training field with emphasis on the basics of position on the bike , picking up a dropped bike and a series of exercises which provide greater control of the bike and boost confidence. Some increasingly challenging lanes in the afternoon give an insight on what a large adventure bike can manage. Kevin is an excellent instructor, very easygoing and very clear about how to improve control on the bike . I’ll definitely be returning.

Ive just completed a two day course in preparation for Globebusters’ trips to Morocco and Patagonia. As a 58yo who rode extensively until I was around 30, but then had a 30 year break from motorcycling, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the course. But it really was excellent. Plenty of controlled exercises in Kevin’s in house, grassed training ground - we then toured many of Norfolk’s green lanes in order to get comfortable with gravel single track riding, water crossings etc. Kevin is an extremely interesting chap who’s done more hard core global motorcycle touring than anyone I’ve ever come across. Smart, modest and engaging are how I would describe him. And brave! Ask about the ice diving he’s done!!! Anyway, all in all an excellent couple of days that has left me feeling very excited and confident about my forthcoming adventures. Thanks Kevin!

I came to ABT as a rider of twenty years, but two days with Kevin I learned more here than in all my years before.
A constructive presentation to training. Kevin is patient and attentive. I particularly benefited from Kevin’s tuition to slow speed control and trials bike application to adventure bike riding. He encouraged me on whilst all along I thought I was pushing myself. All I can say is no matter how good, or not good, you are Kevin is your best investment into adventure bike riding.
I will be back.

Had a great 2 days with Kevin. My partner and I had not really had any off road skills before attending and now we're bitten by the bug and are getting adventure bikes and planning to become overlanders. Kevin's instruction was excellent and being able to move at our own pace ( was just the 2 of us) really helped. The one to one is worth it. Will hopefully join Kevin one year on one of his expeditions.

Kevin is a an exceptional teacher and a highly experienced adventure motorcycle rider! I would recommend his school to anyone thinking of getting into or improving their adventure riding skills. I did a multi day course with him before embarking on a 2 year motorcycle world tour, and his training was hands down the best thing I did to prepare me for the rocky roads of Central Asia and beyond. The large selection of bikes he has (I used a triumph tiger 800) means the rider can chose the ride they’re comfortable on / training to use on their trip / adventures. This is unique to Kevin’s school as some other places may only train with a particular brand of motorcycle. The classes are also small in size, so you’ll really get hands on experience with an expert. I would probably still be stuck in the mountains of Kazakhstan trying to cross rivers and battle step rocky terrain had it not been for the lessons thought. Thanks again ?

I cannot recommend Adventure Bike Training enough. I’ve been riding bikes for years but never off the tarmac. I want just to give it a go and see how I got on.

Kevin was fantastic, really gave me the confidence I needed to give everything a try. The one to one session is really good and Kevin really tailors it to suit your own skills level. Out on the rides on local lanes, water crossings all excellent and lovely scenery.

Also to address the Covid situation and that both Kevin’s and his wife really went beyond what I was expecting, distance was kept, everything totally clean I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone... in fact I already have!

Thanks Guys!
