Such a fantastic place! We had a paddle boarding lesson with Beth today and it was amazing. The water was pretty cold, the 3 times I fell in! Wouldn’t change a thing though. The river is beautiful and the views stunning. Beth’s super-human strength to help me back onto the board was very much appreciated, in between our laughter. Can’t wait to go back. Absolutely recommend Adventure Nene - don’t underestimate how tired you’ll feel though!

We booked three self hire canoes between 7 of us, we had the most fantastic hour .. lots of fun and giggles & the staff were great at helping us beforehand. We will definitely be back! So easy to book & pay online before too. Great set up, changing rooms and toilets too.

We had a great afternoon Axe throwing. We were a mixed group of kids , teens and adults - something fun we could all do together! Dan was a great instructor keeping us safe and making it fun . Thank you 👍😊

Had a great group Paddleboarding session this afternoon - starting out on the lake and then heading onto the River Nene.
It's only my second time on a SUP and Dan taught us different ways of standing and moving around on the SUP safely and how to paddle when the current is strong (which it seemed to be today).

He helped us gain more confidence on the SUP by asking us to try different things whilst on the SUP - including some SUP Burpees 😲 which when I did them, it really helped with my balance and stability on the board afterwards and took away those first wobbles. So I'd recommend having a go at them if you can.

We learnt so much and will be coming back with the family to do more activities at the Lake, as there's loads to do there.

I would recommend the SUP group taster if you haven't been on a SUP board (or even if you already have but not had a lesson) to learn more skills.

Theres basic changing rooms, toilets and a small cafe onsite and lots of parking areas. It's a little gem of a place with a really friendly and welcoming team.

Dan also took some photos whilst we were out and sent them to us afterwards which was a really nice touch.

We can't wait to return! Thanks guys 👍

An absolutely awesome session with Adventure Rutland. Cannot fault at all.
Great instructor, great value for money, all equipment provided if needed. Safe, friendly environment, yes, even on the water! 😅 Loved every second

Excellent taster session for SUP. Dan our guide was brilliant showing us everything we needed to know. Definitely would have the confidence to hire paddleboards from Adventure Rutland and going onto the lake ourselves. Thanks to the team.

Absolutely brilliant fun!
A group of six of us went for the paddle boarding taster session today at the Sibson Lake, Stibbington. Our instructor Beth was fantastic, chatty, friendly, enthusiastic and great fun and very very helpful. Within a few minutes we were out on the main River Nene which was lovely and calm. We all eventually managed to “master” standing up and going forward,(albeit myself falling in at least 15 times). I am exhausted but all six of us thoroughly enjoyed the few hours we spent on,(and in), the water. Superb.👍👍👍👍👍

Had a great paddleboard lesson this morning with a friend.
Charlie and Brandon were really helpful and chatty and learned lots to take out on the water with me.
Never thought I'd practise jumping on a paddleboard 😂
Lovely peaceful setting too and enjoyed a coffee in the sunshine afterwards.
Looking forward to return to launch from here.
