On their website, it says you can cancel your appointment and get a refund 48 hours before your appointment. I asked them to cancel my appointment a week in advance. They haven't refunded my deposit. They asked, why do you want to cancel? NOT YOUR BUSINESS WHY!(I still gave then the reason why) If I ask you to cancel, you have to cancel!

I am not in a mood to deal with thieves right now , plus it was only £50; you can keep that! For all those who paid for a treatment in advance and haven't been refunded if you asked them to cancel your appointment, TAKE LEGAL ACTION! Even if it's only a few hundred pounds, do it. This "highly experienced" thieves has to refund you! It's against the law not to refund if it says on their website they will!

Aesthetics palace really looked after me having my lips done they pointed out where needed correcting as my lips wasn’t symmetrical they used the cannula procedure witch the pain was miner compared to not having so many needles using the normal technique very friendly always asking if I was ok and comfortable they put my wishes in to consideration My lips the next day are perfect just how I wanted them !!! Great experience Thankyou so much for the amazing results

I am a nurse and skin consultant I have been doing injectables for quiet some time.

I met Khon and Roxxane to do my Lumi eye training, both of them immediately put me at ease and were vert hospitable; everything was carried out to the highest of standards.

It's always important to ensure that when you are training from someone the practitioner is knowledgeable patient and giving and Khon was all of that, i would absolutely reccomend him.
