They especially love training with the older students and adults in class. Adapted classes to suit every level and age! Awesome 😃

A fantastic club, very welcoming with super friendly and helpful coaches. My daughter has been a member for nearly 2 years and has seen a huge improvement in flexibility and fitness. Taekwondo has given her increased confidence and she had the opportunity to enter her first competition a few months ago, she really enjoys all the training sessions.There are classes available most days across a range of venues.

Joining this club two years ago when our son was 7 years old has been one of the best things we’ve done for him. It’s a great club for kids and adults…don’t hesitate to give it a go. My 8 year old daughter and i train each week at Poynton. The class is fantastic, its very friendly, a really good workout and has taught us both some brilliant skills. We really enjoy our Monday sessions.

My son joined AMC taekwondo 3 years ago at 5 years old and has gained so much confidence, I myself decided to join the adults class and haven’t looked back since. I have been training for 2 years, I suffer from anxiety along side a recent diagnosis of ADD and since joining AMC I have gained massively in confidence and made some very close friends the best and the best training partner and without joining the club and taking the leap I have no idea where I would be mentally or physically. My son attends a special setting school and struggles with social and emotional difficulties, at AMC it is our safe place with no judgement as everyone is accepted and treated with the same respect. Andy is a fantastic Coach who we all admire along side the AMC coaching team. If you are debating on giving it a go for yourself or your children just do it, I promise you won’t regret it! I myself along side Henry have grown in so many ways on our journey to our black belts and couldn’t be happier to be apart of AMC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😃🥋

Having done various martial arts in my teens I was apprehensive about returning to training in my forties, but I needent have been. The classes at AMC Taekwondo cater for everyone and whether you're interested in traditional taekwondo, Olympic taekwondo, self defence or you just want to up your fitness, you're sorted here. The fact that it's a really friendly environment where everyone helps each other is just a bonus.

Would highly recommend giving it a go if your thinking about it. Me and my daughter love it, coaches are excellent and everyone is friendly and welcoming. A great way to keep fit and have fun.
