1 star for the rest of the staff but regarding Claire the manager she didn't assist or explain policies regarding racism as an incident took place in the summer camp as she outright rejected stating "I will not state a racist incident took place in my building just comments were made from one child to another." very poor and clearly doesn't take the topic seriously.

I paid my £5 membership and got my canvas bag.
There was a lot in a small space . I paid £5 for my basket and bought some other bits and pieces. I now know that I can shop there in a Tuesday and a Friday 10-2. Happy with that .

So from the website it looks quite good you pay £5 for a year membership you get a free goodie bag so it says and free toiletries ect and £5 basket,, let’s start by their is no parking anywhere except the pay parking they are situated in so that needs to be paid for first I had very little money with me thinking I be okay but then needed go cash point once looked inside and realised it’s not what other pantry’s are like,, so I paid the £5 pound membership got a reusable bag nothing else no goodies as it states! Then you get a basket and can fill up fruit veg that’s all you get as you then go over to Tins pasta ect can pick 4 items not worth anything as all cheap items any how then one load of bread which week out of date toiletries and cleaner stuff all extra prices not even cheap either and pastries out of date donuts extra all extra money I was worse off going their had nothing worth showing for it the basket cost 8 quid and then a membership £5 and 70p parking but imagine having to charge people to sign up to a food bank that can’t afford the basics to then charge for everything in their too I felt like this one was a shop making a profit not actually a charity all other pantries it’s full basket and you can help your self to as much bread pastries ect loads of freebies and any extras are a small price not a near of full price item also more helpful and chatty and wanna help not sell you stuff
So yeh no goodie bag as states
No full basket for £5 quid unless you gonna fil it toms and potatoes better off spending your money Aldi
