Had my 1st of 2 trial lessons and it was all I'd hoped it would be. You get involved straight away.
Jack is an excellent tutor who clearly knows his trade, his instructions are clear, concise and very well demonstrated assisted by Amee the lesson was extremely informative and very enjoyable.
I couldn't wait for the second trial class so I had a personal training session with Amee and did a workshop (takedown tuesday).
The PT session was excellent, Amee takes on board your objectives whilst delivering the basics required to advance, I learnt a huge amount and look forward to our next session.
The workshop was at a much higher level than I am currently however it was thoroughly enjoyable, the session was attended by students at various levels however everyone was welcoming and friendly I came away totally knackered but had been given an insight into where my training will take me.... thank you Jack Gunton your instruction was superb and inclusive....I'll be back for more.
Seriously guys if you want to learn a great skill, build your confidence while getting fitter and having a lot of fun don't hesitate, you'll not regret it.

Wow! Jack runs such an amazing self defence class and the culture of this club is very special, very inclusive, fun and welcoming. Jack is an amazing teacher, also a big shout out to Amy who is always there to help with the techniques. I would recommend AR Krav Maga to anyone wanting to learn self defence, get fit and have fun along the way.

I signed up to the Krav Maga trial with the intent of having the 3 lessons, having some fun, and learning a bit of self defence along the way. Little did I know I would become hooked and have now signed up for 2 lessons a week!
Jack is a fantastic instructor and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. His passion for Krav Maga comes through in every lesson. Jack balances ensuring that every student understands the techniques while making the lessons an enjoyable experience. I would recommend these classes to anyone.

Took the 3 intro classes out of curiosity and a vague desire to stay fit/toughen up a bit. By class 2 I was completely hooked. This is highly effective self defence training, rooted in real world contexts and concerns and taught in a way that wires it into your body and brain far faster than any previous martial arts experiences I've had. Only five sessions in and I can already feel this stuff changing the way I think and move. Jack (Gunton) is an excellent instructor, focused but laid back, serious but friendly, and a mine of helpful ancillary psychological, physiological and even legal information along the main path of the training. The classes are relaxed and congenial, with students bringing varying levels and types of previous martial arts experience (or none!) into the mix and being encouraged to use these where appropriate. Jack keeps a sharp eye on everyone, and is always on hand to correct, advise and steer your technique. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love these classes! I was looking into something new to try after having my little boy to loose the baby weight. So I joined the 2 trial classes at wymondham and I am so glad I did. There is such a good atmosphere in class and the other students are all very friendly, I felt welcome straight away. Jack (the instructor) is very knowledgable and a great teacher. I have not only lost a lot of weight since joining, I have also learnt a skill that has helped give me my confidence back as well. If you are thinking about trying out I would highly recommend you do!
